Thanks to Gary Chadwick, a former Admaston Juniors player and manager, we have been supplied with a series of newsletters that the club distributed to parents and players during the early 1980s.

Covering September 1980 through to June 1981, the newsletters contain results and match reports, team photos, club goings-on and, from newsletter number 4 onwards, a history of the early years of the club following its formation in 1972.

They’re an interesting read and give a real insight into the formation of our club and those who got Admaston Juniors up-and-running 50 years ago.
