About The Club

We are Admaston Juniors Football Club. Founded in 1972, we are an England Football Accredited junior football club based in Telford, Shropshire.

We promote junior and youth football with teams ranging from under 7 to under 16, giving children and young people a safe and enjoyable environment in which to train, play and develop as footballers and people.

Our focus will always be on giving children and young people a platform to play and enjoy their football, regardless of their ability, but to also allow players an opportunity to showcase their skills. This has resulted in some 20 players over the last 20 years being invited to join professional academies and development centres.

The club and teams are run by a dedicated group of volunteer committee members, managers and coaches, many of them parents, who carry out a range of demanding but very fulfilling roles.

New faces are always welcome, whether children looking to start playing for one of our teams or someone looking to contribute to the running of the club, which can be extremely rewarding.

Across our website you will find more information about the club, our safeguarding practices and its teams. For anything you can’t find, please feel free to get in touch using the Contact Form that can be found on the Home page.

Admaston Juniors is an England Football Accredited football club, fully affiliated with the Shropshire FA.

England Football Accredited is the new framework for League and Club accreditation, and replaces The FA Charter Standard.

Being England Football Accredited shows that, as a club:

  • Together, we offer all players – whether male and/or female and/or disability players – of all ages the opportunity to fully access the best of football in a well-run, high quality, safe and sustainable club.
  • Our infrastructure is sound, robust, efficient and effective. It centres around the Respect standards and behaviours needed to make football in England something we can all be proud to be part of.
  • We value the importance of being sustainable and built to last off the pitch.
  • We want the very best for everybody: our players, coaches, spectators/parents, volunteers and officials. Everyone counts. Everyone is valued.
  • We will work together with other England Football Accredited clubs and leagues to offer more opportunities for everybody – regardless of ability, background, gender or colour of skin. Together we’ll create more opportunities to play and enjoy football to the highest possible standard that we can achieve. We will work and push forwards together: united in our love of football.

Club Code of Conduct

We all have a responsibility to promote high standards of behaviour in the game.

Admaston Juniors supports The FA’s Respect programme and adopts its codes of conduct to ensure football can be enjoyed in a safe, positive environment by everyone.

Remember that children’s football is a time for them to develop their technical, physical, tactical and social skills. Winning isn’t everything.

Play your part and observe The FA’s Respect Code of Conduct for coaches/managers, club officials, players, spectators and parents/carers at all times.
